Atiku Vs Buhari Lands At Supreme Court.

On September 23, 2019, being yesterday, another significant step in our history as a nation was taken as the Presidential Election Petition on Atiku Vs Buhari got to the Supreme Court.
The Petioners, HE Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who were convinced that justice was denied them at the lower court that constituted the Tribunal, filed an Appeal via their counsel ably led by Dr. Livy Uzoukwu SAN, hence beating the constitutional deadline by 48 hours.

Coram: Mohammed Lawal Garba, JCA, Abdu Aboki, JCA, Joseph Shagbaor Ikyegh, JCA, Samuel Chukwudumebi Oseji, JCA, and Peter Olabisi Ige, JCA, dated the 11th day of September, 2019 in Petition No.CA/PEPC/002/2019 doth hereby appeal to the Supreme Court upon the grounds set out in paragraph 3 and will at the hearing of the appeal seek the reliefs set out in paragraph 4.
